An experienced coach, mentor, and speaker, I have dedicated over thirty years to competitive sports and leadership development. My mission is to help coaches, parents, and athletes blend faith, character, and competition through a Biblical perspective. Through my journey as a player, coach, and sports parent, I've learned that true growth comes from character, not just performance. This insight to the creation of The CHARACTER advantage, a practical framework aimed at nurturing the heart "below the waterline," where true performance is driven. The scoreboard is temporary, but the heart is forever.

I established Sports Serve to drive a transformation in sports culture from within. As a founding member of The American Sport Movement, I have spearheaded global content initiatives for KidsGames, Youth Leadership Development, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. My vision, guided by the CHARACTER advantage framework, aims to empower 100000 parents, coaches, and athletes by 2030 with the essential tools to pursue excellence while maintaining integrity and faith.
Co-founded Global Events Group to provide consultancy for the community at over 20 major sports events on a four-year cycle, including the Summer Olympics and the World of Soccer. Established partnerships between key sports event organizers, The Salvation Army, other organizations.
Co-founded SportsNet - Youth Enrichment Through Sports collaboration with The Salvation Army in Atlanta, GA. Developed various sports leagues and alongside character enrichment programming.
